Fogerty revisits classics with ensemble of friends
We all have Julie Fogerty to thank for a fantastic idea. She's the one who convinced her husband, former Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman John Fogerty, to call up a few friends and re-record some of the music that made him famous.

Julie didn't have much convincing to do; she just had the idea and John immediately jumped on it. He chose the artists he liked, called them up , worked diligently with them and had the time of his life making this album. These are his wonderful songs, he did all the hard work of producing the album himself, and perfectionist that he is, it took him 3 years to get it like he wanted it. John will not release anything until it is the best it can possibly be. And what a good job he and the artists he chose to help him did! It turned out awesome. John Fogerty is the most gifted artist I know and his 2 new songs on the album are destined to be great classics, just like all his others. Julie had the idea, but John is the guy with the talent. Yay, John, you did it again! Love you!
