A convicted rapist who fled before police arrived to arrest him on new rape charges was arrested Saturday in his inner-city neighborhood after police found six decomposing bodies at his home.

The Sheriffs office need to start sending officers to the homes of these convicted offenders homes and check inside while they are there. There are to many students that want to be interns to do some of the paper work for sheriffs/police to put them more in the street to free up some of there time to prevent crime.

This is truly sad to think about.
What kind of world have we brought out children into. I came to huntsvile and they have a innovative Halloween safety precaution. All the registered offenders in the county must meet at a downtown hall on halloween from 4-8. Anyone who does not show will be arressted. When I was originally told I thought they were joking. It will not cure the problem but at least children could trick or treat in without that fear,
