great...now a foreign company owns our water supply, too....and Bush tried to sell port security to a Dubai company...a European company beat a US company for Air Force transport jet contracts...our soldiers' uniforms are made in China...our military contracts out cooking and vehicle maintenance to companies that hire cheap, foreign laborers...DOES THIS BOTHER ANYONE ELSE? i worked for the government over 30 yrs.i now working for private company in waster and the private company is all about hom much money it well make not how we do it better.

The issue of foreign ownership was discussed at public hearings. As a result of several issues being raised, what was to have been a rate increase to 75% of their (United Water) usual rate has been reduced to 60% of their full rate.

For now, the key thing is the rapid installation of new water meters by United Water in the Stony Hill service area, saving $400 for those who wish to hook up to the now active phase two sewers.
