Outrage Over Afghan Christian Convert Death Penalty Case

The judge presiding over the prosecution of an Afghan man facing the death penalty for converting from Islam to Christianity said Thursday that international pressure would not affect his rulings in the case.

I would like to know where in the teachings of Allah it states that if a person turns from this religion they receive death. This is disgusting.

Bukhari, writing in the next century after Muhammad, is quoting Ibn Abbas, who lived during the time of Muhammad.
