Coldplay earned a Grammy for the album containing the song in dispute. As a fan of both artists as well as a musician myself, I have to say that there is a slight similarity but I honestly believe it to be a coincidence if anything and what this is is Satriani trying to get even a fraction of the millions they've made off that song. This won't hold water in court, it will get thrown out.
