That's tough news! Hope things get better. Aside from our MN Ork taking a pay hit, there are lots of classical music organizations active here.

Such is show biz.

the American Protestant types in the LCMS have destroyed the listening base. the issues, etc. controversy, no doubt has caused the station to lose contributors

Neither of the above comments makes any sense. KFUO is a part of my life because of the music and information they provide. If advertisers are smart they will ratchet up support. Taste is rebounding and quality lasts. Classical or more properly, serious music will be around when Rap goes Dashiki. My only criticism is that KFUO should play more 20th century composers. Time will tell, but this format has a strong and devoted listener base and I am proud to be one of them. I could not care less what the Missouri Synod thinks.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Scorpio

Something that you've always taken for granted or believed implicitly could have a big question mark hanging over it during the next few weeks. The more entrenched your views are about this, the more difficult it will be to accept that perhaps it's time for a change of opinion or, at the very least, a revaluation of what you think. Mercury turns retro in your house of communications, so do your best to be open-minded now.
