Chris Dodd moved his family to Iowa and registered his childeren in Iowa school system. Shouldn'tbthat make him an iowa resident and not a Connecticut residnt ?
Which makes ineligible to reprsent Connecticut ?
Shouldn't he be forced to resign ?
Why do you tolerate this ?

I have to agree with you John Q...hard to type with your fists which this article warrants.

But, who would vote for any of this? The Senate? Congress? NOT! He will come running back tail between his legs, gives us a story and say how much he missed us. But did we?

Let's get rid of the bum!!! He Left Us!

Its tim for Dodd to retire. He took 1 whole year to run for president that means he was away from Connecticut for a year. Atrained monkey could have told him that he did not have a chance in Iowa. he must be a great dad to uproot his kids and wife from their home in Connecticut and move them to Iowa.
Dodd you can kma when you are up for re election as you wont get my vote.

Dodd has an impressive career that may not be glitzy, but is certainly admirable. He served in the National Guard as well as the Peace Corps and strongly encourages everyone to be volunteers in their community. He is a strong opponent of predatory lenders, more so than anyone else in Congress. He is against private contractors in Iraq and is one of the few senators to speak loudly about it. Oh, I could go on and on, but it seems like everyone has made up their mind already based on the acts of his father or the fact that he isn't as sensational as Hillary or Huckabee.

No you miss the point. He went off tilting at windmills when he announced he was a candidate for president. he has missed a lot of key votes in congress. As far as preditory lenders how have so many people been forced into forclosure due to predetory lending practices if he was working on the situation. e was never a contender for the nomination. Not for one day. his job was here in connecticut.

Can you believe this guy...dragging his family to a different state for his ill-fated try? Why do we CT voters put up with this. Will he reimburse us for not doing his job here...he'd be out of a job so fast "in the real world"!

Dodd keeps getting re-elected in part because there is no Republican opposition in CT to speak of (Joe Lieberman aside). What little was left has been destroyed by 8 years of incompetence at the national level.
