Mr. Cain is absolutely correct. How the hell someone like Barney Frank has managed to survive after this debacle the sits squarely on his shoulders astounds me. Government intervention in the form of House Banking Committee dick head Barney allowing (directing) Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to extend credit in such away is criminal.
Anyone else would be in jail, but because he is an entrenched politician who happens to be gay, he becomes untouchable. Symptomatic of our entire government. The people of Mass. should be ashamed just as those of us in CA are embarrassed of Pelosi!!

"OUTRAGED IN CA" HAS GOT IT ALL WRONG. HE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT IT WAS PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH WHO PUSHED HARD TO ALLOW SUB-PRIME MORTGAGES AS PART OF HIS GOAL TO INCREASE HOME OWNERSHIP IN THE US...HE STATED THIS GOAL ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. HE SHOULD ALSO BE AWARE THAT BARNEY FRANK WAS ONE OF THE FEW IN CONGRESS TO WARN AGAINST SUCH SUB-PRIME MORTGAGES AND TO PRESS FOR ENACTING LAWS TO CONTROL THE ACTIONS OF MAE AND MAC.
