Obama praises deal on financial overhaul, says compromise will hold...

It seems to me that Congress and the Senate passed mulititudes of laws over the years that gave Wall Street rights to do what they did. Congress/Senate also regulated the housing industry so everyone could own a house which helped break the dam of financial solvency.
Leave it to politicians to blame something they did on another entity. What happened to the economy in late 2008 and all of 2009 and is still continuing today is the direct result of bad policies from the White House and Congress/Senate for YEARS and YEARS.
Now the Congress/Senate want to apply another bandaid to 'fix' the problem. It's obvious these yahoo's have no idea where the real problem lies.
Another obvious glaring fact is the democrats are running scared due to nobama's continually failing plan to spend out way out of the mess the lawmakers caused. The democrats fully understand nobama is a one termer and their precious seats are up for grabs causing even more fear in their coal black hearts.

Now the Democrats dont include Freddie and Fannie in this Financial overhaul, yet Fannie and Freddie are the ones that torpedo'd the housing industry. Government is getting to big and we have all seen thru history what happens when Government thinks it can control everything!
We live within our means Mr President!
