Valley Views: Being a gray-haired woman doesn't mean 'over-the-...
#1 Feb 23, 2010
Who ever said that a woman is over the hill at 50-60 years? I'm 66 & still going strong & it shows. I kid you not ladies. I've been called pretty by more than one man lately & even woman have said this.I think it's a matter of remembering that we can look good at any age if we take a look in the mirror & see our good points & play these up just as we did in our younger years. I still exercise for my health & my hair has a beautiful silver sheen. When I color it I no longer have to bleach. It comes out a lovely shiney blond. My skin has very few lines as well. Remember ladies the men our age aren't that great either. They've lived a life before our age & I doubt that any man of any age can resist a compliment anymore than we can. They realize that we all are better than we were mentaly when we were younger & less problems come with maturity if they are the men we want. If they were young pigs then they just got to be old pigs. They truely don't change inside & isn't this where it counts when looking for a companion?
