Peter Cook was lynched and it was an outrage. This is a guy having what used to be called a nervous breakdown and all Miss Perfection, his loving wife, and the press could do was humiliate and degrade him further. Later on her two younger kids will hate Christie for dragging them through this.

I have to agree with you.

I believe that she felt she was going to be labeled an unbearable woman because of 4 failed marriages and she was doing whatever she needed to to save face; her face. She did not care the least bit about her children. If she cared a shred about them she would have kept everything private and not wanted all of the dirt out in the open. If she thinks for 1 second that EVERY kid in her children's school do not or will not find out EVERY detail and either relay it to the children or ridicule the children then she is 10times DUMBER than she portrayed herself to be. She wants to kind of come across as a shy, naive, quiet, unassuming woman but she's nothing but a vindictive self-centered 4 time failure. It's the failure of yet another of her marriages that has crushed her, not the cheating or the jerking off to porn that the husband was doing. This was all about her and her image and she tried to play us all for being morons by using the kids' "best interest" in why she sought a public forum for her divorce. She may have "won" the divorce but she lost in the eyes of so much of the public.

There are NO winners in divorce...

That said, I believe there's enough fault on both side. If he found her so difficult to live with, why did he stay until his son found the adult content on the computer? He was given a good life due to her financial wherewithal.

I don't believe she should have made his discresions open for all the public to hear and see. She may have alot of explaining to do when her children start asking questions on why they were divorced...

What planet are you from? Women love us egotistical chauvinists its just the way it is, the worse you treat em the more they love you. Ask any of your hot friends if you have any

I bet your girl would just love your description of her - NOT. You sound like an egotistical moron and I'm sure that no beautiful women would have ever looked at you never mind been involved with you unless they were blind and mentally challenged.

By the time these kids start asking questions they'll have more answers about the mother than she'll care to own up to.

I've seen a few women friends of mine who, out of anger and wanting revenge and wanting to destroy the husband, did the same thing she did and in each case within 5 yrs or so the kids all did an aboutface and embraced the father and alienated the mother.

So 4 marriages, big deal, wasn't Elizabeth Taylor married about 7 or 8 times and twice to the same man,(Eddie Fisher)nobody bashes her,its just a way of life for the rich and famous,I guess, with so much money some people don't know how to be happy, but I will say if I was that rich, I would be very happy
I think that it was Sophie Tucker who said,"I've been rich & I've been poor-believe you me-RICH IS BETTER!"

Actually, she is a role model for dumb, naive bimbo women.
What sensible woman would hire a 20 year-old babysitter who looks like a beauty queen, tramping around the house half-naked in front of her husband? Christe was probably frigid anyway. Then there is the babysitter. Don't tell me the harlot did not know better. Women are always claiming to be more "mature" than men, yet the jezebel had no problem sleeping with her employer's lousy husband.
She is partly responsible for the debacle in her marriage.
Poor little weak man - a pretty girl comes along and he loses his senses. What a load of BS.

You have such a distorted point of view. This guy is a piece of GARBAGE and deserves to be humiliated. How do you think she felt when she found out that he was cheating? You must be defending him because you are a similar type of individual.

Normally a man like myself would look at christie Brinkley with the same ardor as a 19 yr old and be all revved up to get aside of her...
but after she 'blew-off' Billy Joel, then her fellow copter survivor, now this perv, I have to wonder if she's even worth the bedtime with her.
It seems that she's not sqatified easily, nor can she satisfy the men she does settle with.
Ugh!

How typical that a male would stick up for these men no matter what they did to her. She's just picked the wrong men so far. Hopefully the next time she's involved with someone he'll be a decent person. All men are not bad and they certainly don't all have your attitude, thank God.
