Chris has a 6 year old daughter with Susan Silver, Lilian Jean. He has another daughter too, Toni, and a son, Christopher Nicholas with current wife, Vicky Karayiannis. Vicky's behind this.
Susan Silver is one of the most dedicated workers you will meet who made good decisions for all the bands she has managed, Chris has even said so. She was doing something right if she managed Soundgarden for 13 years and was with Chris for 17 years.
Do you hear the U-Men, the Screaming Trees, Alice in Chains and Soundgarden's other band members complaining about her work? I don't think so.
Chris has changed, and he once to squeeze every penny from his first love even though she's the soul gaurdian of his first child. Pathetic.

Cornell is a complete dog. Had mucho respect for him back in the day, but the way he treats his ex now and the things I have heard....he's a changed man since he met his second wife and it's not for the better. What bums me out is that Soundgarden was one of my favorite bands, now whenever I hear his voice I cringe.

I think CC is awesome and so hot but this persoon he married to is running his life. Where in the hell is his first daughter? He's always coddling the children from his current marriage but I have never seen him with the first little girl. HOw sad. I grew up having a father who was the same way and it sure did suck. The marriage seemed to ideal for it lasted through so many up and downs while soundgarden reached its peak and afterwards with the solo album. Its the typical "I've made it too big and now I'm well known " rockstar nonsense...he wanted to trade in his older model, susan, for an upgrade-a younger verison of susan, vicky. I totally agree with jamie about his publicity with his children from the current marriage and lillian is hiding in the shadows. I loved soundgarden and was heartbroken when they split...went to see Cornell in ny when he was touring for his solo album and I wait 2 hrs for his ungrateful doped up a$$ to come on stage. He was so high...I was completely shocked at his antics on stage...good for susan, she doesnt need a goddamn coke head around her daughter and as for vicky-she got sloppy leftovers and the constant fear of him falling off the wagon! Hence, the constant parading of his children as a walk up all to lose the dope habit. Sorry to say, he lost his talent and he lost my respect.

I am reading a lot about Chris lately, since I saw him in South Africa. I have been an admirer for a long time. I really hope that he is ok, who can write the lyrics that he does, so insightful, and then be such an asshole in his personal life? I am struggling with it all at the moment. i agree with jamie from livonia i also grew up without my father around. you never see chris with his older child. makes you wonder if his second wife is jealous of her and wants all of the attention for herself and the two children they have together. if i were lillian id want nothing to do with chris.
