EU welcomes Welsh as a minority languages

As long as the welsh speakers bear all the costs of duplicating everything in Welsh, but they don't do they?

I am all for preserving the language and culture of Wales. What is the point of bilingualism everywhere and under all possible circumstances though? So we can be divided by language as well as nationality? Cheaper (and common sense) to just use one language wherever one will do.

Carry on and maybe we can achieve a situation where everyone in Wales cannot speak English?

the trouble is in South wales the only people who can speak Welsh are usually English.
We get everything in 2 languages, doubling the cost of the useless council bumf sent to us at our own expense. They have to import Welsh speakers from abroad to teach the Welsh children Welsh.
