I had to pinch myself this evening before accepting this lovely man is going to be coming here with his luscious vocals. I'm completely out of breath just thinking about it, obviously I'll be wearing my D'Orsays.

Bruce is the most overrated "singer" of my generation. The only thing good things he's ever done were to support Obama and to write Blinded By the Light, and it took Manfred Mann to make that famous.
I don't care about his politics, but I have to agree that he is overrated. Let's face it. If a guy at a local bar got on the stage during karaoke and screamed the words "Born in the USA" over and over, you'd boo him off the stage. I just don't get the Springsteen hype personally. But, to each his own. That's why there are so many tunes to pick from. He has his fans and I'm sure they enjoy listening to him.

Springsteen is a hideous, hateful liberal that hates our country first. Don't see him, he is trash. And no one was a bigger fan of his until 5 years or so ago. He needs to shut his mouth and sing, not get into politics.
You've changed your mind about liking his music just because you don't agree with his political views? And I don't know why you would say he hates our country. I still haven't figured out why people say this to others who disagree with them on politics. I'm guessing there are very few Americans who hate our country.

Point well said. I feel better. And as far as each act doing their own sound system. I hadn't thought about that. Good Point.

No reason to get nasty, I'm also going to see Trace Adkins in my rockies.

He's so handsome and sings so well. I hope to get a photo with him as well.
