Why were only 40% of the available tickets sold over the phone? It was announced that they would all be sold via phone. As far as Ticketmaster's contention that the system was working properly, I can assure you that it was not. I was one of those people, one of hundreds if not thousands, that did not get tickets due to the automated lines mistake. I was already to purchase tickets at 12:03 when the automated attendant told me that Ticketmaster was not selling them. This after it had prompted me to answer questions about the event which was clearly in the system. I am quite angry and fed up with Ticketmaster. This monopoly has got to end.

I'm sure Bruce will be outraged along with you, make a statement and not change anything :)

I used to like Bruce..I have seen him in concert, with my favorite being at MSG during the "Tunnel of Love" tour in the late 80's.

BUT, due to him being a Left-Wing Liberal, I will never spend another dime on "The Hoss"! Liberal Garbage!!

I have attempted to buy tickets to several shows in the last 12 months -- EVERY SINGLE TIME the online tickets were not available -- at the very minute the sales upposedly started -- and only TicketsNow tickets were available, at 10 to 20 times original price.

If you can't afford the reseller prices then you don't need to go. People complain about not getting tickets when they should be prepared on the on sale date and time.

And what a surprise. Now trying to buy U2 tix on site. Impossible for over 2 hours. But I bet they'll let me buy their tix at the higher price in a few weeks.
