I'm going to have to write to the advertisers. I can not watch a show when the camera man is filming as if he has cerebral palsy. The camera jerks and sways around so much, it makes me seasick!

Someone must want to know that that kind of artsy filming is driving viewers to another channel!

i don't know about the camerawork, but "the summit" was amazing. i believe it is something that will interest those who are tired of television or movies that are unintelligent, misinformed or panders to the lowest common denominator of cheap entertainment.
there're some things in the summit that are subtle, like a buddhist reference by a politician you'd miss if you weren't familiar with buddhism. another thing is the juxtaposition of maria crying in relative poverty, switching simultaneously with leonie laughing & drinking wine with her powerful dad.
i hope it comes out on dvd so i can netflix it.(fat chance of that happening, though, since it is a tv release.)
