Greenwood Talks Captain Pike Role

I just don't agree with changing such iconic designs that are so ingrained in pop culture, it is really needless. Pike in the upcoming film. When asked which role would be tougher, his JFK role in Thirteen Days or his Pike in Star Trek , his answer seemed somewhat surprising. via Mania

Mr. Greenwood is a very serious actor who takes on his roles very carefully and gives each of his characters a distinct flavor and nuance. Just watch him as Thomas Veil in the Nowhere Man TV series back in the 90's! Very carefully crafted, he worked at that role to perfect it just right and then the series ended after 25 episodes! He's an underrated actor and you can tell he really loves to show his best in every movie! Yes, I'm a fan, a fellow Canadian and an admirer of all of his work. Looking forward to his new role as Captain Pike in next year's Star Trek XI!
