I recently set up a Home theatre system
Bose V20
Sony KDL-W4000 full HD capable of 1020p connected with the V20 with the HDMI and optical audio cable
Sony RDR=HX980 DVD recorder.

As both the RDR-HX980 and the Bose V20 advertise to upscale video signals to the highest resolution supported by the TV, I assume the Bose V20 should upscale to 1020p. However, when I play a DVD it shows 720p. I have gone through all the settings but can't figure out why I can't get 1020p resolution.

Have you gone to the settings menu and set it to 1080P? Also, be sure to check your source resolution...

Daily Horoscope for December 7

Capricorn

The detail-oriented Moon in Virgo is extremely supportive and helpful, so it feels good to know that you can count on some support. You may know just where the help is coming from, but with communicative Mercury all over transformative Pluto in your sign, maybe you're being looked after by your very own guardian angel. Don't let this encourage you to take foolish risks or overstep the mark.
