<quoted text>Since the concert is rescheduled for Oct., I don't think people will be offered refunds since they have a long time plan for the new date. I meant that they should do the webcast in D.C. if they can even get there.
Those who bought their tickets through bonjovi.com can get a refund if they can't make the rescheduled date. I just got an e-mail.

Anyone buying from other vendors need to contact those vendors. The band can't control what those organisations do.

I am so glad to hear what they've done. I was reading each post and halfway through thinking if this band goes on w no refund or doesn't play at all.... I will never listen to them again or have respect... This is just a really cool thing to do and even though I dislike all these new so ga, I'm glad they really get it and are going a cool thing!! That's awesome. Just when I started to think it was all about the money... aWESOME

Since there were less fans who attend the show tonight, I wonder what the seating arrangements were. If someone purchased a ticket towards the back of the venue I wonder if that person was able to sit closer to the stage in a seat that was purchased by someone else who didn't attend?

There were about 2000 people. It was general admission seating. They let the first group in stand in the pit. There were no seats in the pit. I am so psyched, stood right in front of Richie :). The show was amazing. Now can't wait for the new album after hearing them live. Amen live has just Richie playing accoustic guitar and Jon singing. Breathtaking

It sounds like the unavoidable blizzard can turn into a good outcome for all. The right decision was made they postponed & still played for those there.

Yes, I had tickets for last night show, but couldn't make it the street and highways were bad. I was out today and the highways are still a mess. But, I was really glad that Bon Jovi ended up making a great decision. It was a win/win for all concerned.
