The mohegan sun is right smack in the middle of this blizzard. If the concert was tonight I would say yes but its tmrw night and I guess it depends on how quick the "clean up" is but IMO they should cancel anyway, its not fair to people who cant get there.

I understand what you are saying, but it's also not fair for all the people that have booked flights and hotels. They would be out alot of $$. I just hope everyone arrives safely and has a great time at the show.

I agree if there are people already in CT, but anyone who was flying today or tomorrow their flights etc. may be cancelled anyway. Its a tough call I am sure all scenarios are being considered.

I hope people that were impacted due to cancelled flights get refunds for their tickets, though. Amtrak has cancelled lots of trains going north of NYC.... don't see that improving for tomorrow either.

I would think that if the flights/trains have been cancelled that refunds would be offered. But since plans are to go ahead with the concert refunds on those tickets might not be offered.

I hope that everything will be ok as possible as it can be in this situation, but it's somehow ironic, that tours starts "because they can" and snowstrom starts "because it can" and it will be test how far bon jovi can:(

I live in CT and have tickets for the show, as of now it's still on, but the Gov has closed the roads for at least tonight. Still snowing pretty heavy right now and windy! Been watching the weather all day. Its about an hour drive but I think it should be ok by mid afternoon to hit the roads. CT has some good public works crew who do a great job clearing the major roads. I heard that the band and crew has been in town for a few days! Can't wait see the show!

Just got up 5:30 a.m. here in CT and the snow is so deep the back door can't be opened. I'm guessing we have at least 2 -1/2 feet of snow with drifts that are at least 5 feet high. It's going to be a long morning of shoveling just to get to the garage and snowblower and then I hope to be able to make it to the show tonight! Anyone in the area be safe!

CONNECTICUT HAS CLOSED ALL ROADS AS OF NOW AND SNOW WILL CONTIUE UNTIL NOON- CONCERT SHOULD BE RESCEDULED , SO ALL CAN GO AND ENJOY WITHOUT RISKING LIVES DRIVING ON HORRIBLE ROADS, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE OF TICKETS

At the end of my driveway is 5 feet of snow as the plows have blocked us in. Cannot open my back door and drifts are between 4 and five feet in my backyard. Cannot imagine they would not reschedule this concert for the safety of all the people involved AND for the poor people who could and cannot fly or ride in to CT. Logic should prevail. I would be sad, but safety first, please.

As of right now the mohegan sun website says it is still on so keep checking. If CT looks anything like my area I cant imagine the roads being good to drive on maybe main roads but what about side streets I would think that there are people who were planning on driving and if they dont cancel and half the people dont show or god forbid people drive any way and there are accidents (nighttime will be icy?) everyone will be calling it a stupid decision. but its early yet so we will see.
and lets not forget anyone who was flying or training in for the weekend they aint coming.

just came in from shoveling just the deck so we can get to the garage and front stairs and that took 2-1/2 hours. I know the state has closed all roads and I can't image driving to the casino today. As much as I love Bon Jovi and was so looking forward to this concert, I have put my daughter and my safety first. I hope they reschedule or at least refund the ticket price for those of us who can't possible get there. I know CT has a good group of guys/gals who plow RT 2 and all the highways but this is just to much. At the foot of my driveway the plow left a pile at least 6 feet high. Oh the joys of living in New England you got love it! Stay safe everyone! Well back to shoveling and snowblowing, I can feel my feet again! haha
