The charismatic Jon Bon Jovi showed that at 51 he continues to seduce the audience with his voice and his look, backed by a Band that sounded great, despite the absence of Tico Torres and guitarist Richie Sambora, who left the band because of “artistic differences” with the leader and was replaced by Phillip Xenidis.

You think so maybe but we now have that illusive reason that everyone has been waiting for since 4/2. Of course the article was not written by a BJ person but someone thought it was valid enough to print on the website lol.

If you don't find this interesting that Bon Jovi posted an article on their website that Richie left the band because of "artistic differences" with Jon, then you're stupid! If this is true it also means that Richie took one on the chin for Jon in the EXTRA interview and said he left because he was "burned out".

Reviewer are putting in their articles why they think Richie left the band. It is hard to find any review that doesn't mention it, they removed one back in April when people went crazy over it. If I remember right that one said Richie left over money, it was talked about on here at the time.

Not surprised. At all. I bet we won't hear anything official. That's it. Then Jon will say how Richie will always be the official guitar player. Then they'll go on as an official three or two piece band with fill ins. They will release another horrible lacklustre album nobody will be interested in and pretend like nothing ever happened.
(They should have ended the band on a high note when they still had the chance. Now they're a bad joke.)

The Bon Jovi website needs to fire the ass of whoever did the translation. lol

This is what the original article said...

This is the correct translation...

The charismatic Jon Bon Jovi showed that at age 51 continues to seduce the audience with his voice and his look, backed by a band that sounded great, despite the absence of Tico Torres and guitarist Richie Sambora, who left the problems with the band and was replaced by singer Phillip Xenidis.

Also people on the website commenting said this...

- "The original words of the journalist are "quien se fue de la banda por problemas con el cantante", that means "who left the band due to problems with the singer". I don't know wich were the problems but the word "artistic" was added to the Review."

- "It was a wrong translation. Only said "problems with the singer"..all we know is that richie is not touring since april. we´ll see ..."

- "It's just a review from a journalist who has no idea. And it will not be the first time this BJ.com copy and paste a note and then when they realize what it says deleted ..."

More fill ins tonight, Lorenza. Lucky Canada gets JBJ and friends.

Lorenza Ponce ‏@lorenzaponce 29m
I played a private party last night in Vancouver with JBJ & Bobby so I'll be sitting in with Bon Jovi tonight. Looking forward.

It was probably Matt. Speaking of Matt I'm surprised the goon patrol hasn't deleted my comments about JBJ. They've stayed up a whole 15 minutes so far, must be busy.

well, if they do a lot of covers, fans can't complain that it's the same old set list at least!

I saw the guitarist supporters getting their panties all in a twist over this! Sad that they are desperately clinging to anything that will bring the guitarist into any kind of spotlight.
Shame it was lost in translation.
Even if it wasn't and the guitarist did leave because of "artistic differences" the differences probably where Jon not letting the guitarist play one of his mediocre solo songs. Great business descion jon as usual. He knows that would have gone down with the crowd about as popular as bobby doing a solo version of bah bah black sheep!

More like the "guitarist" wanting to write and play actual rock music instead of the politically correct pop music the singer wants to do. 90% of the "guitarist's" fan base is glad he is out we don't care how it happened as long as it happened.

Most likely what happened is some idiot saw a very glowing article in favor of the band and did not bother to read it closely. We should wait and see how long it stay there.
