NEVER EVER use ticket liquidator. I had a terrible experience with them. We order pit tickets to Pink in Chicago last September, a full 6 months before the concert. The just told us last night when we called to see why our tickets had not arrived that they don't have them! They then gave us tickets way in the back of the arena without refunding our money! I would NEVER use them again...we paid 1300.00 for terrible seats rather then pit right in front. They were awful on the phone, wouldn't return calls, and when we finally got to the owner he was rude and told us we should be grateful we were getting anything. Horrible experience!

I bought tickets from them last December for the March 16 concert and it did show on the ticket a different name as well. Went to the event only to find out the tickets are invalid. Still waiting for a response from them and I have a feeling I won't be able to get my money back.

I agree with u. I am trying to get my money back since I haven't use the ticket I bought from them. Went to the concert only to find out my tickets are invalid/FAKE. This website is a scam!

This site is BS... I will never use them ever again
They charge me $190 for a $79 ticket... Without mentioning they charge me $28 for service fee and $15 delivery fee....when It costs $5 dollars to ship one piece of paper...
How much are you supposed to make as a profit?..
More than 100%?..

It is ridiculous!!!!

So I ordered a pair of tickets from ticketliquidator a while back and they were a really good price. When I got to the venue, they were already used by someone else though and I couldn't gain access. I bought from them AGAIN, and the ticket wasn't in the right section.

They suck, never buy from them

So me and my friend want to order tickets for a concert from ticket liquidator, but I'm really scared to, because of the extra fee, or them not being what I ordered, or worse, not being real. I really don't want to spend $200 on fake tickets. Anyone have trouble getting tickets, or have gotten the wrong tickets, fake tickets?
thanks,
Shannon.

They added that few to mine and the tickets were way over priced plus I am on the 4th row of John Mayer and Phillip Phillips tour. I'm sorta mad about the price but if I get there and they work i will be okay with it. I will not buy from them again if they don't work.

My experience with TicketLiquidator has been TERRIBLE!!!! I made several ticket purchases for US Open Arthur Ashe Sessions 10, 15 and 16 through TicketLiquidator. My order numbers are #1306466,#13056672,#13063201,# 13206181 and #13378553. Session 15 was cancelled and announced as cancelled and your network of "trusted" sellers, more specifically Concert Specials, does not want to give me a refund! My friend who purchased similar tickets without insurance from Admit One and their trusted seller Ticket Gallery received an email immediately letting them know that they would be fully refunded for their purchase. I am not happy with my experience, especially since I have purchased several tickets. I am regretting having purchased my tickets through Ticket Liquidator and wish I had made them through Admit One. I have tried working with Concert Specials and they are unwilling.

Do not use TL! I ordered tickets to The Book of Mormon on June 10th for my son's birthday. The tickets I bought, were $110.00 per seat, we ordered 2. It is for the September 14th showing... When I received the tickets on September 6th, they were $45.00 tickets. The total price I paid for $90.00 seats was $279.00. There was a $22.00 service charge pluse $15.00 delivery charge - and given the time it took to get to me, I could have used the pony express. When you call them about this, it's all "Ma'am, when you paid for the tickets, you acknowledged that all sales are FINAL." and "well, your seller is responsible, we use THOUSANDS of people..." My opinion is that I gave my money to Ticket Liquidators, not Ticket Crush. Ticket Crush isn't MY SELLER, Ticket Liquidator WAS.

NEVER AGAIN will they get one red cent from me. They are liars, thieves and clearly routinely employ the old "bait and switch" on their customers. I will also be writing the attorney general of my state and reporting this as an internet scam -because THAT is what it is. I've also filed a complaint with the office of consumer affairs and anyone else I can think of. People like this get away with this because they CAN. If everyone reports their shoddy practices, eventually, they'll be run off the internet like the scum they are.

I just bought a ticket from them over the phone. They already took the money from my account and sent me a con#. She told me my ticket will be ready for me to print in a day or so. This is my 1st time doing something like this. Is this legit?

I received tickets to Raisin in the Sun for my Birthday. Ticket price $192 each. PLUS $48 per ticket "service fee", plus $15 delivery. First of all, USPS only charges $5.60 priority mail for the envelope I received them in. So that is the first RIP OFF. The service fee per ticket is outrageous. I would NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone. They are ripping people off. My husband and daughter made this purchase, and I was appalled that they were taken in like this. Never again! Don't use them. Look at the fees before making purchase.

after getting stiffed at the last minute with an unreliable ticket seller that lead to their claims of 'just begin an intermediary' I'd be way of their policy guaranteeing a 100% that your tickets will arrive in time for the show.

I bought 2 Russell peters tickets in toronto paid $456 for two tickets which were only supposed to be $125 each just to be told at the event that my tickets had already been used by someone rhat night. Had to pay another $120 a ticket to see the show...... Ridiculous

Ticketliquidator is a rip off....they kept feeding false information and failed to send my tickets in time to get to the concert. Have not refunded my money yet and I was told if the tickets happen to reach me in time then they would be free. Called fed ex and ticket liquidators stopped the shipping. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! They are under the company ticket software LLC and they have atleast a handful of sister sites.....all have bad reviews if you take the time to read them.. wish I would have...

They are crooks and have thousands of complaints filed against them.

The list the tickets for much lower than what they are actually charging for them
and then try to get it back by "triple charging" the fees, ect, at the "back door"
after you have given your credit card information. Notice that they don't even give
a street address in their contact information

Stay away from them. Use StubHub
