I read many good comments about Ticket Liquidators but be aware that they may charge you more than the face value of the tickets. They claim that the additional charge reflects market demand - AND that this fact is clearly stated on the web site. Well I missed it and was charged a $20 premiun for each of my four tickets (which I would not have agreed to had it been clearly stated that I was paying a premium). This, in addition to the $14 per ticket service charge and the $15 shipping charge. Beware.

I've used a good handful of online ticket sites and most of them are at least decent. All of them (like Ticket Liquidator) mark up the face-value of the ticket, that's just the way the industry works. SeatCrunch.com is my personal choice right now because they don't hit you with fees at the end of your purchase. They show you the final price you're going to pay. It just makes for an easier shopping experience.

Check em' out if you're having second thoughts about Ticket Liquidator.

I'm thinking about ordering tickets for an upcoming concert through TicketLiquidator.com - and I was just wondering if it's a website to trust & if the tickets are legit or not? I don't wanna spend good money and get to the concert venue just to find out that the tickets are fake and I can't get in. Was just wondering if anyone knows where they get their tickets from when ticketmaster is all sold out? I'm a newbie at this and really dont wanna get screwed over! Someone please help me lol!!

I just bought tickets from ticket Liquidator...I don't care about the price so much...as long as I get thru the gate smoothly and someone else doesn't have tickets for the same seats as me.
Just wondering if you had any trouble getting into the concert, and if anyone had the same seat? Thinking of getting tickets from this site, but have the same questions as yours! Let me know please!

If you choose to use TL,in order to protect your seat(s), Print out your order with seat numbers BEFORE hitting Submit.. I failed to do so and TL didn't give me confirmation of my seats after taking my payment and when they resold the ones I chose, they told me to "Prove" I bought the seats I chose!! They still took the asking price for them ($200 ea) then sent me $26 very-top-nosebleed-section seats, claiming I ordered them.. Good old fashion "Bait N Switch" So (if U use them) Print out "PROOF" Marissa.. I stick with Ticketmaster & box offices now, much safer, hee hee

And how do you do that? I havent made it past the page where I fill in my information yet. But I havent saw an option for me to choose seats. Well I'd rather get tickets from ticketmaster and that but the show I want to see if all sold out with them.:(

We've purchased through www.Ticketprocess.com , similar type of ticket exchange, they seem to have good customer service. I think they all have some type of service charge. We ordered etickets, cost was 4.99 for shipping and I got them in 5 mins via email. Couldnt find my daughter Bieber tickets, they have everything.
Good Luck!

If a game is rescheduled or postponed to a different date, you are screwed. No refunds, or anything for that matter. I called customer service after the baseball game I purchased tickets for was rescheduled to a different date that I could not attend. While the rep was "friendly" she could care less otherwise and kept saying "I'm sorry but all sales are final." I have purchased from other resellers, who are more concerned about customer service than the bottom line, and will offer at a minimum a credit for future ticket purchases. Not ticket liquidator... This will be my last purchase.

i just purchased tickets to a football game last week- tickets arrived just in time but the time on the site, email and info included with tickets said the game was at 7pm. Actually the game was at noon and we MISSED the game.
Misinformation - i would advise against this service.

I purchased tickets thru Ticket Liquidator. They
charged me $148.00 (included service fee) for the
ticket. When the ticket came the price was marked
$64.00. Buyer Beware.

I went on their website to order tickets to Little Big Town on New Years Eve. They had about 12 tickets left and were priced from $47-$137 depending on how close you got to sit near the stage. I purchased good tickets near the stage for $137 each for my fiance and myself. Only to find that all tickets were general admission and there were no seats or rows, just a wide open club that was free roaming for whoever had a ticket. I could have bought tickets for $47 each and they would have been the same value as the tickets I purchased for $137. They fooled me into thinking I was ensured good seating. I called Wild Bills and told them what had happened and they informed me that they had never heard of ticket liquidators and that I had been ripped off. So I called ticket liquidators and told them the problem and that I wanted a refund for the difference. Their response was, "Sorry there's nothing we can do. All sales are final"..... They will never receive business from me again.

HUGE Ripoff - the tickets I bought were over $400 each and then I got the tickets and see that the face value is $99.50. I encourage all of you music fans to flood the Facebook pages of your favorite artist to let them know how they are also getting ripped off by these ticket sellers and the fans would be able to afford to see more concerts if this is remedied. This is ridiculous. Thank you.
