I ordered tickets from them and they sent me an email saying the tickets were no longer available. It was nice of them to contact me and let me know, but why are they selling tickets on their Website that they don't have?

Also, they do try to discretely add fees to your order. They added a service charge of $89 per ticket that I just happened to catch before placing my order.

My wife and 3 friends recently (Oct24) attended a Celion Dion concert in Edmonton.Imagine their surprise when they talked to people beside them that had paid $154.00/ticket and they had paid $504.00/ticket(fees and shipping inc.)
On the Monday after, the girls received an email from them asking for any feedback on the concert.I phoned them and asked for the person that had sent the email(Molly Duncan). After waiting for a while the young lady informed myself that Molly D. was a fictious name they use for feedback purposes.I then told her that I thought the ticket price was a little steep. She informed me the ticket price was $400.00/ticket and that they had agreed to the price by paying for the ticket.I then told her that they thought that all the tickets would be close to that price plus of course a mark up for the broker (scalper).I told her that a markup of 250%(at $400.00) was a little ridiculous.I already knew the answer, but I asked if there might be some compensation, she said no.
As this was the first time buying tickets online it wasn't a very nice experience. They expected better treatment as they bought these tickets back in April. They enjoyed the show but felt they were taken advantage of.
We're asking if this is normal for ticket buyers. They will not be doing any more business with Ticketliquidators/Ticketnetwor k ever again.
Thanks in advance for any replies to this post.

I ordered tix for a madonna concert 24 hrs before the show. The tix were going to be emailed. I did the process and got a msg from the seller a couple hrs later saying there was a prob with the transaction. He was nice about it. I called my cc company and they said it was cause of the way it was run over and over by him and it was blocked. So.....I am a good person and called him back. I said the cc company would like him to call them they would run it...simple and all would be good. Would have been a 5 minute call. Him Nice as pie again. I was impressed. He said if further probs he would deal with it tomorrow....not to worry I would love my seats and they would be emailed in time. Tomorrow comes. Where is my tix? Calls and messages unreturned. Blown off like garbage. I am freaked.....beg for word so I can make other arrangments I have to leave by 9am for show. Call cc company....wow....he never even tried. Look on the site....suprise surprise tickets relisted. All he would have had to do was called or emailed.....took a minute and said I can't help ya. I am a nice person I would have been cool with that. Then I could have found other last minute tix. Time ran out. Should not have taken his word. I now owe 200 bucks for non-refundable hotel and train. Almost was like he did it just to be mean....made no sense. Missed concert of my favorite artist. This stinks. Called ticket liquidator and complained....they said it was between him and I. Said they didn't really collect info on the sellers. Nice. Then they sent me a survey asking how I liked the show!!! LOL! Do yourself a favor and forget dealing with ticket liquidators if seeing the show means a lot to you. Seller never contacted me again even when I nicely said he really hurt me with his business practices. Turn and run no matter how good deal seems. Other sites have less hidden fees anyways. TL is the most expensive and most shady site out there.

I did get my tickets for the show and had really good seats but it did take them a while to ship out the tickets. I'm not saying they do that with everybody's but that is just my experience with them. I would buy from them again because the customer service was pretty good and they were willing to help out the best they could. They even ended up having to overnight the tickets at no extra charge.

I had never heard of TicketLiquidator until I tried to get tickets to the benefit concert in NYC, Sir Paul and Ringo, April 4th. I have received conformation, but I'm still nervous. Have I been scammed???

I bought a couple of tickets through TL and received them yesterday, but someone else's name is printed on the top of the ticket. Are the tickets valid? Can I re-sale them through StubHub if needed?

On 02/24/09, I went online in search for tickets to an upcoming event, Phantom of the Opera here in Kansas City, for myself, my wife and our daughter. I found some tickets with Ticket Liquidators, who also go by the name of Ticket Tracker. The cost of these tickets through this company were $754.44 for 3 tickets. This included a $208.00 per ticket charge,$38.00 servicecharge and $15.00 for standard delivery. When the tickets arrived, we noticed that the value listed on the tickets was only $75.00 plus a $3.00 service charge per ticket. We immediatly attemptecd to contact Ticket Liquidator to question the almost 250% mark up. Yet could not get anyone to call us back or respond in anyway until after the show. When we finally did hear from them, their response was that the cost ofthe tickets is "predetermined by licensed ticket sellers who list on thier site". In other words, ths is a common practice of theirs, to mark up the tickets almost 250% and have no qualms or concerns about the ethics of this practice. In todays economy, we have companies like this that vulture on people and refuse to discuss communicate in any way until it is too late.. Beware of this company and their practices.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We purchased 3 tickets to Phantom of the Opera for a total of $754.44. When they arrived we found that the actual cost for each fo the 3 tickets was only $78.00, this included a $3.00 service charge.
When we attempted to contact them via Ticket Liquidator and the other name they go by, "Ticket Netowrk" regarding the over charges of $208.00 per tickets plus an additional $38.48 per ticket plus $15.00 shipping, they would not reply.
Only after the show did they reply and this was only to ask how we liked the show. When questioned regarding the obscene mark up, they claim that it is their policy to only put the cost that their customer have requested.
They would not reimburse, nor even acknowledge any unethical or wrong doing of their business practices.
So, if you don't mind paying over 200% what the actual price is, the use them. But if you want to get a fair and honest deal, forget this company and use Ticket Master. I sure learned my lesson the hard way and I have put in a reporrt of the same with both the KS and MO BBB regarding their business pratices.

My husband and me are travelling to the West Coast on October 11 and our last city is Las Vegas. We realy wanna go to the U2 concert there on October 23, so I was wondering:
1) Does this website deliver tickets in Brazil?
2) If yes, is there any chance our tickets don't get here before our trip (23 days before the concert)?
Thanks!

One last thing: we're not buying from ticket master because it seems the tickets were all sold out. I tried to buy from U2 Website, but it sais "sold out" as well. It seems that ticket liquidator is my last shot... or isn't it? Is there any other way?

In Brazil there are always people selling tickets on the entrance, though they are a little expensive. Can I count on that in Las Vegas?

In the UK I often have to buy secondary market tickets for shows that have long been sold out. Some of these companies are very reputable, i.e. Seatwave and DoubleEight Tickets - but because they are acting as agents to sell people's original tickets at the price THEY choose, the cost can work out hugely more. There are many crooks out there who sell counterfeit tickets, so you have to be very careful - and if a show is cancelled for any reason (like Michael Jackson for example) you often will only get the face value of the ticket back.

I just bought tickets from ticket Liquidator...I don't care about the price so much...as long as I get thru the gate smoothly and someone else doesn't have tickets for the same seats as me.
