great idea !!! How to we know the Today show thing is on wed's. I watched this morning but didnt hear them say on wednesdays..maybe i missed it..but good to know for my dvr.

I think I read it on the NBC site. I'll have to go back and check. I was so excited this morning that maybe I read into something that wasn't even there :) LOL!!! Brain goes to mush when he comes on TV or speaks or flashes that magnificent smile. I'll double check again.

I always thought the audience was made up of students of acting. All tapings of Inside the Actors Studio have had general admission tickets available to fans and the general public. I know a friend of mine is going to the Hillary Swank taping taking place the night before the Bon Jovi taping and she has no association to Pace University or being an actor, just a fan of Hillary Swank. The Pace University Students who are studying for their masters in acting always attend the tapings it is part of the curriculum.

For anyone thinking of going to the today show. Just a warning - It is not a full show and will probably be 3 songs may 4. There are many VIP's for the Today show events on the Plaza - Bon Jovi always has more than most. The first people in line who are waiting to be let in will probably be around what would be equal to rows 20-25 in an arena. I had friend who went last time and I saw more on tv then they saw after standing out for hours.

I really didn't mean to discourage anyone just lend a bit of reality to the situation. I have a running joke with my friends that I don't do festival and I don't do free unless it is ticketed.
Sometimes people get so caught up in the hype of an event that they don't realize what the reality can be.
