It's obvious too few New Mexicans ever stop to think that despite having three research universities, two national laboratories and a private sector screaming for higher paying jobs - it's just not happening. A Green Jobs effort is needed and applauded. If it was not utilized to its full potential then shame on us all....

I thought this guys job was a bit of a joke when he got it. History shows that there was not a significant increase in jobs as a result of his efforts, so it stands to reason that he should not have a job.
