About the only worthwhile issue is the electronic privacy act on health records. Ironic, though, that they want the names and records available on all children through the age of 18.

And I love the term "guarantee" with enrolling in a health plan. It means that all children (parents) will be in a state data base with an individual identifier. Their enrollment and accessing the medical system will be monitored by the state.

Look at Jennings "angry" that there is not enough information shared from the "public-assistance rolls." It is, after all, the state's responsibility for all its citizens.

The only way we can save the State of New Mexico is for the Voters to kick everyone out who has served more than one term.

Most of those in Santa Fe have been in office to long. It's time for change.
