You do realize that the Mega Wealthy are now all Govt workers as the five richest counties in the country now surround the Capital. And how many politicians retire after a lifetime of government service as multi millionaires? Our John Glenn is a prime example of a lifelong government employee first in the military, then NASA, then Senate... and was one of the richest when he retired, with no inheritance to boost that income.<quoted text>
You're right about Barney Frank and Chris Dodd they are ****.
They should've reinstated glass Steagall but they didn't. And on both sides of the aisle they should've close loopholes in the tax code and start prosecuting the tax Dodgers. I pay my taxes they should do the same thing but these people think they're entitled, welfare for the wealthy corporate welfare. Looks like the future could be very bloody for the Mega wealthy and corporations and the current and past congressional leaders who stabbed us in the back. And the lobbyists will pay a heavy price if they keep this crap up. Doesn't seem like anybody is listening on Capitol Hill. Maybe a little bit of pain and suffering might change their minds.

No, the reason this country is in the shape it is in, is because of the incessant SPENDING by those self serving, greedy politicians on BOTH sides of the aisle. We borrow money from China and GIVE it away to lobbyists, foreign countries, and useless government "incentives". Not to mention the monetary waste that the Federal government can't even account for.

BTW, the "death panels" were NOT induced by Republicans. Obama a DEMOCRAT, along with a DEMOCRAT controlled Congress (both houses) signed the Healthcare bill into law, which began the death panels.
As far as corporations go, the corporate tax in the U.S. is 35%, second in the world only to Japan and if Japan lowers their corporate tax rate by 15% as they say they are going to do, that means the U.S. will be the HIGHEST in the world for corporate taxes. You wonder why companies are moving to Mexico (with a 16% corporate tax rate), ect..???

Well, this seems to be the new Republican line. It's all Clinton's fault.
To say there’s been no accountability for the crash is an understatement. The Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, charged by Congress with unearthing the roots of the financial meltdown, split apart in sectarian warfare. The panel’s Republican members issued their own rump report eliminating all mention of derivatives, executive compensation, failed regulatory agencies and even the words “Wall Street” so the whole debacle could be pinned solely on government (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and deadbeat Americans who took on predatory mortgages.
How many banking and Wall Street cowboys have gone to jail over this mess? Guess Madoff will have to do as The Man whups us yet again.
