I am so selfish since I will not hear LeRoi again and I cry for the loss. My cry is for a great sax player and my love of DMB.

I can't believe it, we all thought he was getting better. I'm thankful to have seen LeRoi at Toyota Park in early June before his accident. Rest in peace LeRoi, you are already greatly missed!

Damn. That's a bummer. Still, he's lived a better life than most of us, died rich after living the dream.

Not sure why people have to come on here and bash a dead person - do you really have nothing better to do? They are probably just jealous of the band's success and the fact that they don't 'get' the type of music that has made DMB a special band to millions of fans around the world. The numbers don't lie.

I hope the band is able to continue on without Leroi - it won't be the same and it won't be easy, but it is what he would want. RIP.

I never had the opportunity to see The Dave Matthews band play. I greatly enjoy their music stuffed with the rich and vibrant sound Moore's mulitiple saxophones. I really like #41 and Proudest Monkey. My condolences to the Moore family. May God help you heal and bring you peace during this tough time.

I would also like to apologize for the number of ignorant postings. I think the Tribune may want to pull this option. There is just too much stupidity.

DMB sucks but I still respect this guy because he had alot of talent.

Did I say DMB sucks? Too bad the end of the band had to end this way. I dont know where they will find another sax player with his talent.

Van Halen almost ended this way.

Just yesterday I went on a river boat tour and people on the boat were talking about that incedent.
What was funny was a pigeon then crapped on like three girls, one my girlfriend!
Then to hear about LeRoi this morning.
What a shame-RIP.
