I have always treasured the time I spent at Upland College singing in the choir under the directorship of Royce Saltzman. He was a charismatic and extremely talented musical director, who seemed to get the best out of everyone in the choir. You wanted to do your best at all times.
I feel it an honor to have had the privilege to be a part of the choir under his directorship, and extremely delighted to see his talents and gifts be used and acknowledged at the University of Oregon. Thank you, Dr. Saltzman.
