Islamic Dawaa: The Obama Connection?

There are 66 comments on the New Media Journal story from Aug 29, 2013, titled Islamic Dawaa: The Obama Connection?. In it, New Media Journal reports that:

In a recent report on Egyptian television Tahani al-Gebali ... made the astounding claim that, "the reason the United States cannot fight the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood [Ikhwan al-Muslimun] is because the brother of US President Barack Obama was intimately involved with the Muslim Brotherhood. She claimed that President Obama's brother Malik Obama was in fact "one of the architects" of the Ikhwan's "major investments" ...

from New Media Journal:

"In the West, the Shoebat organization recently implied that documents existed that could prove conclusively that his half-brother Malik Obama 'works with Muslim Brotherhood leaders.' The Shoebat organization had previously reported that Malik Obama was a member of the Islamic Dawaa Organization (the Munazzamat al-Dawa al-Islamiya) which it calls,'an arm of the Sudanese Government ... led by President Omar al-Bashir, who is himself a member of the Muslim Brotherhood'...

"In May 2013 Shoebat reported that Malik Obama was actually the executive secretary of the Islamic Dawaa Organization. It was a surprising claim, for Islamic Dawaa is no minor player in the Ikhwan mis-en-scene. And if the claim is true, then there can be no doubt that Malik Obama is a Muslim Brother."

Muhammad lived the life of a pagan war lord!

[1) Muhammad had sex with a (prepubescent) nine-year-old girl.

(2) Muhammad married more women than his own revelations allowed (he received a "special" revelation giving him the privilege of violating Surah 4:3).

(3) Muhammad married the wife of his own adopted son.

(4) Muhammad had sex with his slave girls.

(5) Muhammad attempted suicide.

(6) Muhammad delivered a revelation to his followers promoting polytheism.

(7) Muhammad supported idolatrous pagan practices such as kissing a black rock and bowing down to the Ka’ba.

(8) Muhammad ordered his followers to assassinate people who criticized him or his religion.

(9) Muhammad beheaded hundreds of Jews for trying to defend themselves once they realized he was eliminating them.

(10) Muhammad started a war with Mecca when he had a chance to live in peace in Medina.

(11) Muhammad committed numerous acts of terrorism.

(12) Muhammad enslaved thousands of people.

(13) Muhammad allowed his followers to rape their female captives (though he took the most beautiful captive back to his own tent).

(14) Muhammad told his followers it’s okay to beat their wives into submission.

(15) Muhammad hit his wife Aisha.

(16) Muhammad broke an oath to his wives (after receiving a "revelation" giving him permission to break his oaths).

(17) Muhammad wanted to divorce one of his wives once she had become old and unattractive.

(18) Muhammad showed favoritism among his wives.

(19) Muhammad told his followers that women are stupid and that their testimony is unreliable.

(20) Muhammad tortured people for money.

(21) Muhammad supported his religion by robbing people.

(22) Muhammad preached a message of violence, oppression, and cruelty.

(23) Muhammad taught his followers to believe in a god who loves only them, and no one else.

(24) Muhammad ordered his followers not to be friends with non-Muslims.

(25) Muhammad commanded his followers to fight and subjugate non-Muslims.

(26) Muhammad said that Ethiopians have "heads like raisins."

(27) Muhammad allowed his followers to have sex with prostitutes.

This is just a SHORT LIST of the pagan life Muhammad lived.
His book the Quran is filled with Anti-God scripture based on his war lord thirst for power.

i do check sources. Anderson Cooper is more legit than Shoebat. I also like more than ONE source. I do not hate anyone who reports bad Islamic behavior-I've done it myself. I also know from personal history and research and common sense that much of what it on the hate sites is distorted dramatically for various reasons. Muslims often behave abominably-just as many Christians and Buddhists and Hindu's do. But to characterize all their behaviors as being a response to their state (or assumed) religion is a mistake. If it makes you any happier, I have done a lot of correcting of false assumptions of Christian teaching as understood by some Muslims who don't really "get it" or who confuse bible stories with Quranic ones because they were misinformed. I don't like distortions by anyone and I don't think either side should exaggerate or make up nonsense to get funding for their charity or to get authorization to go to war- our country continues to suffer because of willful ignorance, we spread the suffering around and then it all grows like a fungus until there is so much distrust and hate that it harms EVERYONE. I love people, personally, who live all over the world-and that includes all religions and no religion. I don't want one of them hurt because of the IGNORANCE AND LIES spread by either side that I have personal knowledge of-Islam and Christianity. Its in my own best interest to dis=spell it when I can because I have people I adore in both religions who are hurt by ignorance. I live in a world that is continually harmed by it.

I have already witnessed you lying/denying an accurate article about islamic law. You could have taken 2 minutes, done simple research, and seen the truth.(a google search of the victims name would have taken you less than 30 seconds) Instead, you chose to take the typical muslim stance - lie and deny.

Nothing else you say matters, not once you have been shown as a liar. You are only here to further your islamic agenda. You aren't interested in facts.

I don't think I denied it, I believe I questioned it-and that is because so much of what I have seen is fabricated. I wish it all were-I fully admit it- I wish that all bad news of anyone was just someones crazy imagination-but bad and evil things happen all the time. May God have mercy on us.

I could have checked it and often I do. I have done so many times and just gotten a runaround various hate sites with no original news source to be found so I guess I am a bit weary of clicking-plus I have gotten some malware so I am also less likely to eagerly click anymore.

Crap happens among Muslims. I don't deny it. But a lot of the crap reported is distorted or false. The problem is that many here repeat everything without thought to its veracity. I got numb, I guess.

If I denied something that is unquestionably true, I am sorry for not checking it. Are you all sorry for the times you report falsehoods? I don't think so. I have seen reports of a Christian man who was supposedly beheaded that was retracted from the original website a couple weeks after it happened-and then there was no mention again of the retraction, but the false story from a year ago is still being repeated as if it were yesterday. That kind of thing wears on me and I guess it just wore me out the day I questioned a story.

I have no evil intent from that doubt, just experience of checking out a lot of these 'stories', that are indeed that-stories.

Again, you thought wrong. You did deny it. I understand you don't like the news that muslims make. That's not my problem. That's your problem. If you don't like what your brothers and sisters are doing, take it up with them. Denials in the face of facts just make your view irrelevant.

Crap happens among muslims. Yes, every day. Every day, some poor woman is tortured and murdered in the name of allah. Every day, some sweet little girl faces the irrational wrath of her father, in the name of allah.

Yet you choose to continue living the good life protected by Western laws, and ignoring the real plight of your sisters in faith. Shameful. As long as it isn't happening to you, you don't care. You even deny the suffering of these muslim females.

You got numb? You really suck at playing the victim card, especially when the true victim we are speaking of was a 5 year old girl. A tiny, innocent little girl who was first raped by her father. Then, he became enraged at the fact that she was no longer a virgin. That's ill-logic that could only be conceived by a muslim.

Then he proceeded to beat her, rape her some more, torture her, mutilate her by trying to burn her rectum closed. This poor little girl languished for many months in a hospital, suffering beyond belief. But you want to play the victim card for yourself.

Yet another reason why I don't respect you or your opinions. You don't deserve respect. You care more about your agenda of propaganda than you care about the suffering of a little muslim girl.

You mean her opinion? Why? It's no more relevant than your opinion.

I'm sure Debbie has said nothing else you would agree with. Perhaps you ought to read her other articles, maybe get righteously outraged over the suffering of other muslim women. The ones that aren't protected by Western laws. Like you are.

Excuse me. I offered my mea culpa's for any mistake I made regarding a previous post/news article and I have NEVER excused all bad behavior by Muslims.
As for Muslim females in these horrible places-I am a Muslim female who lived in those places. I have campaigned against the dangerous cultural practice of FGM. I know Christians and Muslims alike who were victimized in this way-unfortunately, usually by other women (in all the cases I know of). I know how women were treated and while my personal experience is not the be all and end all, it is just as valid as someone's whose experience makes the newspaper.
I moved back home to help my Christian mom being treated for lung cancer. You want to criticize that reason for leaving the place I lived? I'm glad I was able to help my mom through what turned out to be a very early stage of lung cancer-she is fine now. But I didn't leave a place that I hated or that was hateful to me. I am living in the comfort of Houston, but I was happy where I was and I was treated nicely by most everyone, and the one Christian who aimed a loaded pistol at me apologized profusely, so I forgave him.

I know what Islam teaches. I study it daily. I read the Quran daily. I understand the meaning and context of it, and if people screw up the religion, well, I think the history of Christianity would prove that Islam is not isolated in atrocities being done in the "name of religion". There are forces that play into a lot of what you see these days that have nothing truly to do with religion, but you just read headlines of some poor abused girl and attribute it to Islam when you should be attributing a lunatic.
That poor baby girl was tormented by an insane man.

That the blood money was paid...well, if you think that it isn't paid every day in American courts, you are insane. Punitive and compensatory damages originate with that which has been around since humankind. It's still being paid today in US. http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm...

PS, if the law really is that boys are worth more than girls in blood money it is probably because of CULTURE. Boys are responsible for supporting their parents when they are old. Women depend on their children, their sons primarily, to care for them in their old age and that "blood money" is making up for that very real loss whether it is a male or female. Girls are not usually held to the same level of financial responsibility(although reality supercedes at times).

Life is crappy if you are very poor. And no matter how much money you have or how educated your dad is, if he is a stark raving lunatic by all standards (including Saudi-whose people demanded the man be more severely punished) then maybe you should note that Saudis object to that as much as we do. Look what happened. ONE Saudi did that and the rest objected to his punishment dramatically enough that they corrected it. So one Muslim does this horrible evil and many thousand times that many objected strongly enough to change their backwards law.

I have said many times how I feel about Saudi law. If you are tracking me, you would know that. I was treated fine there, but they have some backwards things going on and they don't even deny it. OTOH, I have a friend who was raised there and he laughs at the ideas American's have of life there because the media has twisted so much. But you don't care. If you can point out a headline and count it as something against all Muslim men, Ravenclaw, then you are happy to do it. And all us women? Well, we are all what? oppressed or in denial? Not sure what you think and not sure I care. I will say your attitudes are twisted beyond any kind of reason because you can't see rationally as things are. What's worse, you don't even make a good faith effort.

None of which has anything to do with "the reason the United States cannot fight the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood [Ikhwan al-Muslimun] is because the brother of US President Barack Obama was intimately involved with the Muslim Brotherhood."

I still think that is hogwash.

I gave my mea culpas if I actually denied that report. Like I said, I thought I simply doubted it.

As to that little girl, she was raped and killed by a stark raving lunatic and everyone in the country objected to his punishment. So are you focused on the crime or the national response to it. Those are all MUSLIMS that objected, you understand that?

Damages in court actions-torts-are firmly based in the concept of blood money. Muslims didn't invent it and there is a reason it is used. The mom is losing her daughter's companionship and LIFE for one and her support in old age, also. What do you think most civil lawsuits for injury ARE? You hurt me, you are gonna pay (talk to OJ Simpson about the legal doctrine if you'd like).
