Obama "will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days."

how are they racist? I've never heard either of them say anything remotely racist. I have heard the Tea Party and conservatives say racists things or racially coded comments.

It's funny that a biracial president who people thought would have brought us all together is considered racial divisive. This is not a slight against the president because really it is a reflection of us not him. I think the initiative is a good thing and it concentrates resources and attention where is it is strongly needed. Focusing on a legitimate issue is racist just because it's not focused mostly on white people? Funny how people feel differently when it comes to concentrating negative things on blacks such as bad policies that actually hurt or no nothing to help blacks.

The Supreme Court announced Tuesday morning that it will review affirmative action for the first time in almost a decade after a white student was denied acceptance into the University of Texas, according to The Associated Press.

The case is being brought to the highest court after the 5th Court of Appeals upheld the university’s decision based on the 2003 Supreme Court case Grutter vs. Bollinger, in which racial considerations in admissions at the University of Michigan were ruled legal by the court.

The original lawsuit was filed by Abigail Fisher and another woman in 2008, who felt the University of Texas’ admissions policy violated their civil and constitutional rights. Fisher, now a senior at Louisiana State University, has continued with the lawsuit while the other woman has dropped out.

Justice Elena Kagan is recusing herself from the case after serving as the Justice Department’s solicitor general while the department participated in the Texas case.

Oh just ten years of discrimination against White
Students,Scotus moves slowly when it comes to Justice

Yes, and it should have been fixed within an 18-month window as was the dot-com bust recession Clinton left behind for Bush. Obama has mismanaged this one into colossal proportions, all the while blaming Bush.

At what point does he own the continued malaise? Now? 2015? When?

Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) directives which dictated lower lending standards and, those GSEs (Government Sponsored Enterprises) Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac which, under pressure from the Franks and Obamas, expanded as a percentage of their mortgage portfolios the now infamous sub-prime (below market rate) loans. With these super-charging elements in position, the housing market took off. Burdened by unsustainable valuations, it crashed. Home prices declined by a third and securities, backed by now toxic mortgages, triggered a financial meltdown.

Bush tried 17 times to get all this under control, every time blocked by Dodd/Frank!

The dems caused the meltdown all the way. Your blame Bush mantra died after most Americans figured out the truth. November 2010 ring a bell? Stay tuned!

"Coded"???

When OBarry talks about the "most vulnerable", "the least empowered", "the most disadvantaged", who do you think he's referring to?

Funny that you don't know, since everyone else, including him knows...

...he's talking about negroes.
