Businesses are leaving the blue states to go to the red states or overseas. Texas leads the nation overwhelmingly in private sector job creation under republican governor, lt. governor and legislature over the last 20 years. Proof enough!! Yes, let's not leave out the fact that Texas leads the way in creating LOW WAGE jobs. This is not the model most Americans would like to see taking place in their states. Of course, in Texas, you've got plenty of illegal workers to fill those jobs and a governor who approves! I fully expect you to keep adding people and low wage jobs as manufacturing makes somewhat of a return. Sheesh. Now, here you are talking about how government doesn't create jobs, the private sector does, but you're still talking about Obama not creating jobs. Which is it? I think government can discourage private sector jobs creation (California) or make it easy for corporations to continue record setting profits (Texas) while the rich get richer and the poor stay poor. How's the union business in Texas? Anybody protecting your workers, or is it just workin' for "the man"? If you create a million more low wage jobs, all you've done is rob the middle-class a little more, since the state will have to find a way to subsidize your cheap labor workers who don't earn enough to support their families. See Walmart for further details. Alrighty then. Count those jobs, and be sure and count how much more need you're creating in Texas. I'd rather be Jack from Bedias and self-employed than work on the clock like Sisyphus with no hope of improvement and nobody to work collectively to see that wages or benefits ever improved. Boorah Texas!

Anyway, we've heard it all before and to be honest I thought it sounded stupid the first time. It's one great big gigantic pout. That's about all it is. None of them can afford an Island of their own, and that's what frustrates me most. How do these incredibly wealthy manipulators manage to get such a willing group of average Joes to cheer for them and simultaneously hate their fellow Americans who have not been so fortunate? Now, you've owned and operated a business and sold out at a nice profit. I've worked for a corporation and did well enough as a salaried employee who was on the Wall Street bonus system. I don't envy those with money, and I have what I need. My pension is already secured, so I'll eat and have a home in which to live, because I'm not dependent on a pay check. For some reason, I'm supposed to hate poor people, disrespect the unemployed as lazy good for nothing welfare abusers, resent their need of food, and delight in their misery. Frankly, I'm just not up for that. There, but for good luck and good timing, go all of the rest of us who aren't desperately seeking a paycheck. I guess that's how these idiots define liberal. If you have a social conscience, believe the greatest beneficiaries of corrupt policy should contribute a little more right now in our debt crisis, and don't think Obama is the anti-Christ, a Communist or an illegal alien, you must be...... a liberal. You couldn't possibly disagree with these clowns and be moderate, conservative, or anything else. It's just not in their repertoire.

All that did was put thousands of people into debt with the bank as the economy crashes, meanwhile drying up the market for low priced used cars. Government programs like that should benefit the taxpayers instead of banking executives and automaker ceo's for political benefit. It was it's only purpose, not better for the enviroment or m.p.g. like they made you think it was.
