Max Baucus did the right thing to retire in shame after voting against 90% of Americans who wanted common sense gun safety legislation , background checks, limits on ammunition magazines, etc.

No,'see the light'.Our American Senate: When 90% of Americans say we want background checks, they can't pull it together on that to make it happen.

But when their flights get delayed because of budget cuts? Somehow they can pass a bill to rectify that (and only that) immediately and with near unanimity.

Your'e numbers are a little off. Flights are delayed because Obama says to, its another way to blame Republicans. Most sane people have caught on, that he lies, lies, lies.

No, 'see the light' , Airline pilots know who's to blame . They are saying that the flight delays are caused by the sequestration --the agreement that Republicans forced on the Obama Administration before allowing Congress to raise the debt ceiling or vote on President Obama's budget proposals.

Some of the pain of the sequester is about to go away -- but the elderly, veterans and poor will still suffer.Fresh from speaking at the funeral of MIT Police officer Sean Collier, Senator Elizabeth Warren appeared on CBS This Morning to encourage donations to One Fund Boston to support the victims of the Boston bombing.

Massachusetts’ senior senator was also asked to comment on the flight delays happening as result of the automatic cuts known as sequestration.

“I have to tell you,” she said.“This is about how bad sequestration is overall. This is taking a meat axe to our budget. "Let’s keep in mind, there are children who having a hard time getting their spots in Head Start, cutbacks on Meals On Wheels for seniors.”

“The real point is sequestration is not a sensible way to deal with our financial problems,” she continued.“The job of Congress is to come together to find sensible spending cuts, which I think are on the table and have been offered, and to close some of the corporate loopholes so that they’re paying their fair share to help fund this government.”- http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-505267_162-575813...

You dimwit, the sequester is not causing anything to shut down, its all from Obama's blame game on Republicans. He closed WH tours to little kids but did come up with 5 billion in aid to a Country that hates us.
