This is another example that our current DOJ, which is as incompetent and corrupt as any dept. in this countries history, is out of control and thinks it can dictate what is best for this country. Holder is one of the worst of an increasingly bad bunch of public appointees.

The University of Texas, among a good many other
institutions, has been busy violating our
constitutional rights since the 1960s.

In June the Supreme Court will issue the ruling.
Which will prevail? Justice or double standards?

Equal protection under the law, but of course
with some more equal than others.

This ignorant post is exactly why the right in this country is seen as a pathetic jokeÖ

Here is a quick Civics lesson for you:
The Department of Justice is part of the Executive Branch.
Judges in Federal Courts are part of the Judicial Branch.

So as desperately as you may have wanted to conjure up a reason to attack the Obama Administration/AG Eric Holder, this is just an example of how our system of government works. Now you may not like the ruling, but thatís between you and your ignorance about how the Constitution works.

The constitution has been abridged and the checks and balances slowly removed over the decades. You will rue the day that these things happened. The flaws we have could have been fixed without destroying the good that kept civilizations going for thousands of years. All of this for perceived equalities with very little sense and massive costs. Its all downhill now. Even with the civil rights issues still in the forefront in an emasculated culture. Pray to your false gaia that the financial system does not disintegrate. For if this decline continues and when it does keep moving to the bottom you will see the behemoth monsters you created. Blaming men who live at a higher percentage of values that cost the taxpayers less as a group for all of the problems besetting us is just the proof of many of the failures of progressive insanity. Like magically, when you completely subdue those groups it is going to be nirvana. The game will be over as there will be no one of working class willing to be forking over 80%-90% of their meager earnings to pay for others to do nothing.

Your issues have less to do with me and more to do with your inability to articulate a coherent point on the article that is up for discussion or a counter-argument to what I post. So if my military service intimidates and vexes you, then thatís a demon you have to deal with; but I do take pleasure in knowing that you fear me.

Let's see, targeting a specific group for enforcement based on a single criteria is unconstitutional. Well now the IRS really is in trouble.

The same judge today stated that the TSA must quit profiling muslim men and concentrate on 80 year old women and babies. They thought they had finally caught a baby with plastics, but it was only last nights supper.

The AG and all the federal judges are appointed by the president and the judges party and political philosophy are the deciding factors as to whether he gets the appointment. Naturally, the president expects his appointees to have gratitude and back his positions. This is why our legal system is far more broken than our immigration system. Judges should be appointed solely on the basis of their qualifications. That obviously isn't happening. So there is no big surprise when a federal judge or the AG brings lawsuits against Sheriff Joe, who is an ideological enemy of Obama. When judges make decisions based more on ideology than the law, it will eventually lead to tyranny.

Do you watch the news???? Just a few topics - Benghazi, IRS - same as Watergate, AP, Gitmo, Drones, and Fox news reporter, sequester, by-passing Congress to attack Libya and the list goes on and on. Watch the news other than MSNBC and you will find out what is going on in the real world. All of these are out on the web.

If the list goes on and on, please continue. Then point to specific Constitutional violations and explain why there are no charges.
