How about tagging on a nationwide concealed carry for law abiding citizens. Make the provision where leftist areas like Chicago and New York cannot infringe upon the Rights of the law abiding citizenry.

Or they could just enforce the laws on the books now. It's illegal for any convicted felon to own a gun. Better yet the senate could actually strengthen laws against the illegal use of guns. Nothing will stop it. The death penalty did not stop murder. The only thing they are accomplishing now is the disarming of the average citizen.
