Buy a new Glock, keep it a few months, even a few years. You won't recover your money unless you find someone ignorant on value. Not picking on the Glock. The same would be true for most other common guns.<quoted text>
Obviously you don't know much about guns. Guns not only retain their value, but also increase depending on the firearms you own. You don't lose money with guns, you lose money by not having guns to protect yourself.
For the most part I won't look at a firearm less than 30 years old. My last purchase was a Colt 1911 manufactured in 1918. The value will continue to increase.
