lol! Feel free to show this post you asked of me. I'll wait for you to provide that but if you don't, I'll simply say you lied.

I'm not going to pull the HIO technique of "I'm waiting." I simply don't think you'll be able to support your position son.

As for your guessing, it's not like you're not doing that now.

Have you read all the publically available evidence? I have reviewed every bit of it. I wanted to be certain in a case such as this that my opinion was based completely on facts.

One of the most revealing occurrences from the left was the immediate attack on Florida SYG law. I’ve been debating this issue since shortly after it happened. It’s not a case of SYG, it appears to be self-defense. I disagree with Zimmerman’s attorney who believe SYG applies. If you’re attacked you have every right to defend yourself. It’s not standing your ground.

Evidence – Zimmerman lost Martin during his conversation with the 911 dispatcher.

Evidence – Martin was less than 200 yards from where he was staying. He could have easily made it to safety if he was so concerned. Recall, he was on the phone with his girlfriend. Her statement says she told him to run, he declined.

Evidence – Martin had no defensive wounds consistent with being attacked.

Evidence – Zimmerman did indeed have injuries consistent with a surprise attack.

What occurred after Zimmerman lost Martin? There’s only one witness; Zimmerman. His statements to date are supported by known evidence.

Yes, he and his wife both lied about money.

Recall, state district attorney didn’t feel there was enough evidence to support a criminal arrest. It wasn’t until substantial public pressure was an arrest made. That pressure was made without knowing all the facts. They assumed it was a racially motivated shooting. That same pressure forced two out of office, again without all the facts related to the case. Will those responsible apologize if Zimmerman is found not guilty? I doubt it.

Ultra liberal Alan Dershowitz was very critical of the prosecutor, Corey. Dershowitz publically stated the affidavit was a grave ethical violation on the part of Corey. Read more here, then research further http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/... Then some on the left were calling for Dershowitz to be disbarred. Why is it liberals who claim high moral ground frequently demand punishment over free speech?

The state has given little resistance to delays. Are they delaying the case to allow strong feelings to subside?

What's interesting is people who support Zimmerman start with the position that Zimmerman was right and didn't know who Martin was, and Martin "should have known he was the NW captain." They also take the position Zimmerman was within his rights, but don't discuss Martin's rights. They assume Martin wasn't defending himself and take the position he was the attacker.

When you load up one side with all these assumptions, then not only does it look like Zimmerman is guilt free, but he was law enforcement.

I think the reason it started to look racially motivated was because the ADA gave little attention to the case and rendered judgement quickly, even though the victim was killed at near point blank range.

All Zimmerman had to do was wait in his vehicle and things would have been fine. That'sit.

The justice system to help sort this thing out. You want an apology? So tell me, if Zimmerman is found guilty (if it gets that far), who will apologize to Martin's family?

You can make as many claims as you want. The fact remains there was on one person armed and he used that weapon to kill. His recklessness doesn't excuse him from his actions. And this is where I think the Texas case got it right.

The reason it was seen as racially motivated is because the Revs. Al & Jesse got wind that a black kid was shot by a non-black, and they kicked it up into a firestorm. And I believe it was Jesse that was lying through his f-ing teeth and saying that Martin was shot in the back of the head. Did you notice how quiet they got after the facts of the case started to come out, proving what lying POS's they actually were???

Voter registration fraud claims singe GOP

(CBS News) Revelations that the Republican National Committee urged several states to hire a consulting firm that submitted potentially fraudulent voter registration forms in Florida are continuing to cause embarrassment to the Republican Party.
RNC spokesman Sean Spicer said Thursday his group had cut ties to the firm, Strategic Allied Consulting, citing "zero tolerance" for voter fraud. "This is an issue we take extremely seriously," he told CBS News. "When allegations were brought to our attention we severed all ties to the firm."
The Los Angeles Times reported that the RNC urged the state GOP in seven swing states to hire the firm, despite the fact that the man who runs it, Nathan Sproul, has been accused of running firms that have destroyed Democratic registrations. Sproul told the newspaper that RNC officials asked him to set up a new firm, Strategic Allied Consulting, so that his efforts would not be linked to those allegations. The RNC has reportedly paid the firm at least $3.1 million via state parties.
Sproul blamed the suspicious forms on a single employee in Palm Beach County. But Florida election officials tell CBS News they have found a "couple hundred" voter registrations in eight Florida counties with "irregularities" that deserve further scrutiny. They are currently reviewing the registrations and if they find them to be "legally significant" they will turn them over to law enforcement. This could happen by the end of the day.
ACORN, the Democratic-affiliated community organizing group, was accused of a similar type of voter registration fraud in the 2008 campaign cycle. It also responded by blaming bad apples within the organization. Republicans rejected that argument and harshly attacked the group, casting it as having attempted to steal the election on behalf of then-candidate Barack Obama...."
We have acorn on video registering the same black fool to vote many times in exchange for smokes..........LOL

How about mickey mouse registered to vote by acorn..........LOL
