Mccain said there will be no American military put in harms way. Maybe Assad and the Syrian military with pants down will bend down for the incoming fireworks?

McCain speaks the truth. Any military that are left in Iraq will be safer (for a while) because most of the Iraqi al Qaeda is in Syria now. Although they do seem to be after the Shi'ites in Iraq more this month.

Maybe he meant "no American military that's not Shi'ite will be put in harm's way"?

Difficult to tell what that babbling old fool means from day to day.

Maybe when he was dropping napalm on suspicious looking villages, he wrote in his reports "No American military was in harm's way" and it sort of stuck in his mind all these years?

Sounds like with any coalition joint strike now just a pipe dream that that America's fearless leader is trying to figure a way to save face. He walked into a door with his own arrogance and narcissism. Now with the world abandoning him and the enemy laughing at him he is ready to double down on his foolishness.

America's adversaries neither fear nor respect Obama. If he goes it alone and drags Israel into the war the region will explode and Obama might even look like a fool to the fools who voted for such an incompetent and unaccomplished little man. He is not fit to work in McDonalds much less be the CEO of America Inc.

Are you liberals starting to get an idea of what a disaster he is and just how unqualified he is?

I guess that although there is no justification now to attack Syria that the Democrat's best liars will soon be put to work in order to justify a strike. Plenty of liars in the Democratic Party but if I were Barack I'd start with Bill and Hillary.

Maybe war becomes a overwhelming passion after a few shot? Who knows maybe Assad will enjoy it too though I'm feeling a bit sorry for him.

IF we attack Syria, ALL AMERICANS will be at risk.

Russia, China and Iran will have a LEGITIMATE excuse to attack America for its aggression against Syria.

Perhaps Russia would send an inter-continental balistic missle direct to Washington, D.C.

Is Obama so much of a narcistic that he thinks he is infalable??

Why is he willing to risk having our country attacked, with possibly MILLLIONS of our people killed?

Ain't gonna happen. If you're going to object, object on rational grounds. There are more than enough to choose from.

We don't need another Pearl Harbor or 911.

Attacking another country OPENS THE DOOR to military action directed AT OUR COUNTRY.

The Americans always looking for a justification to strike Syria, same as what happen to Iraq, not justified, no weapons of mass destruction found, and what happen. Why the Americans keep silence when Israel attacked its neighboring Palistene. The American interest with the help of the Israeli is to break Syria into pieces. To those who financed the opposition is held accountable for the war in Syria.

That's because there are Syrian politicians lobbying the white house and the politicians in Washington has made their minds to consider Syria and Assad regime their enemy. IMO.

I think Obama himself started this crap because the only option to look big, bad and tough left to him is through military action. Of course he would have Israel do the dirty work of actually delivering a device. But he definitely knew about it in advance. That is why he needs to get it over with before the evidence comes in. Word is, he will attack as soon as the UN leaves Damascus. But, he is so much of a coward and so trigger happy, he might miscalculate and attack before the UN is out. Obama is the worse tragedy this country has had in recent history, maybe the worse in our entire history. Even black people have universally expressed opposition to what Obama is doing right now. His only supporters are the "gays". No surprise there...
