Nick was in Phaeton and Quick Fox!........And a few others that I can't recall right now!....Hopefully this helps!....Kim?....Hmmm!....Tha ts not ringin' a bell!....I remember him playing with Mike Hisert who was always a great player!..I had the unenviable task of (trying) to replace Nick in Quick Fox!....I remember scratching my head over Nick's recorded leads on 'Indian' and 'Feel My Touch'!...Truth be told, I was more suited for Bass, But I needed the gig!.Thankfully Mick Valenti was there to handle the leads!.....Johnny Soldato was a true friend, and an INCREDIBLE musician!..We had a blast!.........I should look Nick up, Haven't seen the guy for years!......Nicky, if you're out there, google my 'Night'N'Day' album (under my REAL name - Scott Reddy-) and drop me a line on the contact page!.....Steve, If I think of any of Nick's other bands I'll post them here!.........Peace!

Nobody mentioned Darin Almeida or Keith Ferris from Harbour Grace from Pittsfield. Not only are they great guitar players, they are phenomenal song writers as opposed to most of the other guys mentioned.

I'll take Bill Murphy....incredibly hard working, rhythmic, and a good guy.

This was a great run down memory lane and from past to present. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! I hope Drummer Hero is next on the agenda. It's great to finally shine a light on people we all know and love and give them recognition expecially when live music is barely hanging on around here. They have always given us the very best they could and still do!!! Berkshire County certainly has the "Cream of the Crop" and a top notch "A" list. Congratulations Steve Ide and all. My first pick for Drummer Hero is no other than "Rick Leab". Still playing like it was 1960!!! He is the best of the best and is still out there doing it as a full time musician. One of the very few that can! He has my vote!!
