The sunshine city of Natal was selected as one of the citiies to host Brazil`s world cup in 2014.
This provides a huge opportunity for the city to project itself onto
the international stage and will generate millions of dollars in infrastructural investment over the coming years.
The cities center will be completely revamped with brand new state of the art 45,000seater stadum and business/shopping center/hotel
complex.
Confirmation of World cup status
has provided the catalyst for several massive project launches, previously waiting in the wings including new internatlional airport(built to the north of the city and set to become the biggest in South America)and an 800million pound hotel/golf resort which will showcase D.Beckhams sports academy
Numerous other major resorts will now go-ahead as projected on the basis of the World Cup decision.
The 2016 Olympics to be held in Rio can only add to the international spotlight and increased interest in all things Brazilian.

Expect property prices to rise significantly in the coming 5 years as international investors descend on the region.
Most of the exciting investment opportunities are concentrated around the beautiful virgin beaches and lagoons to the north of the city and home to the new international airport.
This is where we have been located for the past 5 years thus giving us a definite advantage over our competitors in terms of local knowledge, contacts and access to the best/cheapest realestate.
We have prime real estate in all of the key major coastal resorts of the north that are most likely to develop fastest in the region.
