The real issue is the ignorant driving from the Arsenal people. When you come in from rideout to Gate 9, it is like comming out of turn #4 at Talladega. People moving in and out of 4 lanes just to get to the checkpoint. After through, FORGET THE SIGNAL lights, just swerve in and out to get to their desk and get that cup of coffee and talk about your fellow workers. Now that people are warned not to text at the end of day (4:00-6:00pm) people will be on the look out. I still see people using cell phones. That has not stopped. Unless you can employ detection devices that pick up on cell phone transmissions authorities are getting a shotgun effect. Another lack-luster program from Obama.

I feel the same way you do.If Obama is going to make a difference in the U.S,he needs to look at the important thing that he can actually control,or oversee.FE the war in Afghanistan and what North Korea is up to.There is no way possible that the local law enforcement can keep the (TEXTING) thing under control. And if people think they can are complete idiots.

Just something else for federal, state, and local law enforcement to attempt in enforcing. Just try to drive around Huntsville or any other city at anytime of the day and you will encounter someone texting while driving. It's a joke about like the enforcement of the seat belt law. I feel that if you make the fines higher and put the violation on their driving reocrds, then people will be more likely to follow the rules. But with a fees of $25 to $50 dollars, it will continue.
