I guess being on your way out is conducive to momentary acts of honesty in a politician.

California needs to embrace the future and not let themselves be stuck in the past. The oiligarchy doesn't like so they will finance "grass roots" rebellions and spend millions to advertise, lobby and influence us and "our" representatives with whom they have more influence than we do.

Wow, You sound like a Public Employee's Labor Union representative with the way you throw the Money and Lobbying statements around.

California can sacrifice the Now for the tomorrow. Constantly making Life illegal a little at a time is not helping Californians get back to work and start paying mortgages and feeding their families.

Lets get and keep the jobs in the state. There are people here who do want to work and not have to go on Welfare you know. Why we keep shooting ourselves in the foot, forcing people out of their jobs in the name of "The Future".

California can not sacrifice the citizens and families of today, because without them, there is no future...

I'm Voting yes on 23.... Let's get Californians back to work

I am against special interests and lobbying whether they are Union, corporate or environmentaly based groups. Our representatives should be representing citizens, not special interests. Special interests comprised of individual citizens are not as bad as those comprised of groups who seek influence they should not have over our representatives but they still create a culture of undue influence.

The truth of the matter is that this issue should be left to the Citizen's of California to decide based on the facts and not by undue influence that bastardizes the democratic process.

The race that the USA and California must win is the energy race.

We need an energy race that makes the space race look like a high school science project. We are behind Germany and many other countries in this race for one reason and only one reason and that is the undue influence of vested interests that want to wring every last penny out of the world's oil supplies who are using every means available to maintain their market share.

Vote for the future and to be competitive with the rest of the world no on 23.

Let's take California back from special interests and control on own destiny.

Why ae you for legislation that only helps oil companies and polluters and that hinders our race to compete in developing alternative energy and other related cutting edge technologies?

What specifically makes you want to vote for it? Your not buying the propaganda from the TV commercials are you?

The Yes on 23 campaign is financed primarily by Valero Energy and Tesoro, two Texas-based oil refiners. The campaign also received a $1 million donation from Flint Hill Resources, a Kansas petrochemical company that is a subsidiary of Koch Industries. Brothers Charles and David Koch fund a complex web of tea party organizations, detailed in a recent articles by several News Organizations.

The tea party is merely a collection of angry individuals being used by the Koch Brothers and others to increase their profits by maintaining the status quo and by removing regulation that will allow them to pollute more in order to increase their profits no matter the economic and health costs to others or the long term effects on our economy.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Leo

You need to vary your domestic routine slightly today to avoid feeling bored or restless, especially if the day threatens to be rather predictable. Think of ways to introduce a note of spontaneity into the proceedings, even if they're very minor, because they'll make you feel more lively and on the ball. If you're going shopping you'll be tempted by some impulse buys.
