The prison experts report there are over 100,000
innocent Americans falsely being incarcerated along with the over 2 million total US prison population. The US Congress has never afforded
poor prison inmates legal representation for their federal retrial appeals, and this neglect has effectively shut the door on these innocent
fellow citizens ever being able to exonerate themselves. The federal appeal retrial process was designed for all Americans to utilize, but it appears only affluent Americans who are properly represented with legal counsel are the only ones receiving new retrials.Manny Gonzales the kid that everyone forgot in the Ca prison system
can be entered into any WWW search engine for
the judicial ride of ones life.

These 100,000 innocent priosn inmates have been written off by our government! The US congress has effectively closed the doors on these tens of thousands of innocent citizens by not affording them federal retrial legal counsel to represent them.Forcing mostly uneducated prison inmates to attempt to be their own best lawyers is not justice.President Hugo Chaves has been asked to finance the federal appeal legal fees for this Manny Gonzales kid and the written request has been posted on the WWW.If anyone is interested in reading this letter written to president Chavez
you just have to enter Manny Gonzales the kid that everyone forgot in the CA prison system into any WWW serach engine. Our national media has never enlightened the American public to this injustice???

I hope Arianna takes an interest in assisting this group of forgotten falsely incarcerated
prison inmates.Someone needs to expose this on a national level to start the ball rolling in getting the US Congress to formulate new legislation changing this from continuing to neglect our poorer prison inmates who have next to zero chances of ever getting their federal appeals granted without proper legal counsel working on their cases.

Oprah or Arianna would make a powerful team in exposing this continued injustice.I have read that this goes way back to the the pre Civil War era when blacks were being railroaded all throughout our US Southern States and were not capable of writing their own Federal appeal legal cases well enough for the Federal government to ever know which cases needed their intervention.
This same injustice is affecting 100,000 innocent US prison inmates today from ever having any real opportunity of exonerating themselves from the largest prison population in the world. The real scarey part about this secret judicial injustice is that the American people know nothing about this evening happening in their own country to their own innocent fellow American citizens.

WHEN THE INNOCENT ARE ABANDONED BY THE GUILTY !

What kind of Judea Christian values is our country demonstrating to the rest of the world when there are a reported 100,000 innocent falsely imprisoned inmates nationwide who can not find one American political leader or National Media source willing to ride the high road in fighting for justice and equality within our federal appeal judicial process. Great societies that do not even protect their innocent, become the guilty !

THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE $LOWLY FINDING OUT HOW EA$Y IT I$ FOR MIDDLE CLA$$ AND WORKING POOR AMERICAN$ TO FALL VICTIM TO OUR U$ MONETARY JUDICIAL $Y$TEM.

WHEN THE US INNOCENT ARE ABANDONED BY THE GUILTY! The prison experts have reported that there are 100,000 innocent Americans currently being falsely imprisoned along with the 2,300,000total US prison population nationwide.

Since our US Congress has never afforded poor prison inmates federal appeal legal counsel for their federal retrials, they have effectively closed the doors on these tens of thousands of innocent citizens ever being capable of possibly exonerating themselves to regain their freedom through being granted new retrials.

This same exact unjust situation was happening in our Southern States when poor and mostly uneducated Black Americans were being falsely imprisoned for endless decades without the needed educational skills to properly submit their own written federal trial appeals.

This unjust judicial process of making our poor and innocent prison inmates formulate and write their own federal appeal legal cases for possible retrials on their state criminal cases,is still in effect today even though everyone in our US judicial system knows that without proper legal representation, these tens of thousands of innocent prison inmates will be denied their rightful opportunities of ever being granted new trials from our federal appeal judges!!
