I would love to be able to take the train to Austin and even San Antonio. I have often wondered why Georgetown is not more involved with the local transportation issues that we all face here in Central Texas. I would think there are plenty of Georgetown residents and other close communities that people work in Austin. Traffic is horrendous! My commute is much more enjoyable and much less stressful now that the tollway has opened, but now its gas prices! I want Georgetown to be involved! I lived in Dallas for many years and was thrilled to ride the "express" bus to and from Downtown Dallas / Garland.
