Bethune-Cookman University is getting involved in Black College Reunion for the first time in about 20 years.

Sure I applaud BCC for their efforts in reclaiming the reunion. On the other hand I agree -'where's the news'? Where I disagree. "Oh I know anything these people are involved in is a big deal". Lets keep race out of this.

Their not asking for all this attention.
They want to enjoy their Spring Break like everyone else.
Why do they have to mention how many law enforcements officers will be patroling the streets?
Do they do the same any other weekend?
If you would live your own lives and let them be, they would not pull the race card and claim to be discriminated on.

Why is it that BCR has all these problems over one week. Spring Break for the rest of the nation never has this much negative press and it is over a 3 week period. You can't stop all the 40's and KFC this week so why try to pretend.

Check your history oh ignorant one. Guess who was here here LONG, LONG, LONG before it was discovered by a European, or long before it was discovered by the Vikings, and all that Jazz. There were people here before it was 'found' and then 'announced' that it was here like it popped up overnight.

For your information yes they do, they are not just singling out for BCR. I was in Daytona this past weekend and you could not go 100 yards without seeing a officer with a vehicle, pedestrian, or motorcycle pulled over. Sorry to disappoint you
