This is exactly, for example why they should have saved the Northampton State Hospital rather than tearing it down.
All these Mental Institutions served a purpose in which people did not support but suggested that these individuals seek private care which they could not afford nor would they have insurance to cover the costs for treatment.

grow up jail in no place for the mentally-ill. they should bring back the state hospital where you ms. sassy lived till they closed it down.
