Anna Nicole is dead, why is there still stories of her popping up? Hollywood should let her rest already.

I have been kepting up on all of the news about,this case,I think that Slice should be removed from this case,it is not justice to have her to do what she has done,The child's name should not be in this,she could not help what happen,before she was born.Besides the Drs. gave Anna all these drugs,Anna was her own boss.Wish the best for the ones that are on trial for all of this mess.

LOS ANGELES—Investigators are testifying about prescription and travel records of two defendants in a drug case involving Anna Nicole Smith.
An agent from the Department of Homeland Security testified Friday in Los Angeles that there were many trips made by Dr. Khristine Eroshevich to the Bahamas while the former Playboy model lived there.

Another agent from the California Department of Justice pharmaceuticals task force identified records from several pharmacies detailing drugs issued to Smith's boyfriend Howard K. Stern.

The dates of the prescriptions often coincided with the trips Stern took to visit Smith.

The testimony came at a preliminary hearing to determine if Stern, Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor should stand trial on charges of illegally providing Smith with controlled substances.

Smith died of an accidental drug overdose at a Florida hotel in 2007.

How many talented people need to die in California before they decide to enforce the law? My heavens, what is the point of having a law if it is not going to be enforced! There is a heck of a lot more evidence than the records of the pharmacists!
