Call me crazy, but I don't think the clown video is bad at all. I have tried to look at it with a very open mind, and Howard appears to be a very nice man. He seems concerned about Anna running, and tells her not to run for her safety... and he also seems concerned about Riley and tells Anna that she is freaking out Riley. He seems so nice. I just don't get it. And I am being 100% serious.

I do not think the clown video is all that important. I think the hard evidence is enough. All the clown video does is establish that Anna is a drugged out mess which is understood already with all of the drugs that were funneled her way and her public displays. It does highlight HKS's callousness but even that is easily established by his lies in court and pubic interviews.
