Stern. As Stern continues to lose control of the whole Anna Nicole circus, he's pressuring the would-be daddy into making him look like the good guy. According to FOX News, Stern has tried to force Birkhead into signing a contract saying they will appear side by side in upcoming exclusive interviews on "Entertainment Tonight," but Larry won't ink the deal. "Howard wanted Larry to sign so that it looked like ... it wasn't just Howard benefiting from these deals," a source says. But TMZ has learned that is not the way it went down. Sources say Stern and Birkhead discussed a deal that would have benefited a trust for Dannielynn, but ultimately Birkhead wouldn't sign. Did Stern then cut his own deal? You be the judge. Seidlin has come under fire for giving his friends all public appointments for which they get several hundred dollars apiece. Seidlin was criminally investigated for "allegedly asking a lawyer for gifts and financially exploiting an elderly woman".[11] Former Florida lawyer Jack Thompson (who is permanentely disbarred as of September 25, 2008[citation needed])had filed a formal complaint against Seidlin for "violating almost every judicial canon".[12] The complaint was based on an investigative report in a local weekly newspaper that reported that the judge had received questionable gifts and large sums of money from Barbara Kasler, an elderly neighbor in his Fort Lauderdale condo building. They said it was delusional to think the judge in Florida was corrupt and could be bought off. Was it? An ambulance driver and a former Bahamas senator allegedly targeted Travolta after his chronically ill son, Jett, died in the Bahamas. They are accused of demanding money in exchange for not publicizing a document related to the 16-year-old’s treatment. |
